A Med Billing, Inc. is dedicated to keeping abreast of the latest technology.  We use SequelMed Practice Management System (EPM) and SequelMed Electronic Document Management (EDM). Both of these programs are developed by Sequel Systems, Inc. (www.sequelsystems.com)

Our physician offices have the ability to access their own accounts, run reports, schedule appointments, and patient inquiries without having to buy expensive software or equipment.  

This system is especially useful for the physician who would like to have up-to-date information at their fingertips.  It is also helpful for a physician that has more than one office and would like to have their offices connected.

In addition to EPM (Electronic Practice Management) and EDM (Electronic Document Management), we are now featuring EMR (Electronic Medical Records) that allows for unsurpassed integration. This program will be key for many providers since it is CCHIT Certified and meets CCHIT ambulatory electronic health record (EHR) criteria.

Sequel Systems' EMR receives ONC-ATCB 2011/2012 Meaningful Use Certification

Melville, NY – November 15, 2010 – Sequel Systems, Inc, a dynamic, service-oriented healthcare technology company, announced today that its Electronic Medical Record (EMR), SequelMed Meaningful Use EMR version 8.0, has been tested and certified under the Drummond Group's Electronic Health Records ONC-ATCB program. The EMR software is 2011/2012 compliant in accordance with the criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. The certification deems the electronic medical record (EMR) software capable of enabling providers to meet the Stage 1 meaningful use measures required to qualify for incentive payments under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
